Mickie Lewis-Gemici began her for profit career in entertainment marketing and promotions, working on both coasts and in the Denver Metro area until she moved into nonprofit workforce development in 2000. Since that time, she has worked throughout Colorado in rural and urban areas developing programs that assist individuals returning to community after incarceration, disenfranchised populations and individuals who wish to make changes in their career choices. Mickie lives in La Junta, CO where she enjoys rural living on the Eastern plains. She received her degree in Human Services at Metropolitan State University and her graduate degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Change from Colorado State University. In addition, she has been a keynote/ guest speaker at national and state conferences since 2011, sharing her knowledge and experiences in workforce development and creativity in the workplace. She is a Certified National trainer in Behavioral Understanding in Workplace Environments, Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin’ by World (Bridges Out of Poverty) and is certified by the National Association of Workforce Professionals since 2016.
Cory is the CEO of CArc Enterprises Inc. – parent company of Value Care Health Clinic TM In December, 2014 – Arcarese and her team opened Value Care Health Clinic in Colorado Springs. With a background as a business consultant, program management and strategic partnerships, Arcarese entered the healthcare arena to serve people in need of a medical primary care home. Through experience in the banking industry, small business ownership, community college business education and leadership roles, she has the business experience and skills that makes her a great fit for business consulting and economic development.

Bob Smith grew up in the dairy farming region of Eastern Pennsylvania where his dad’s family had a farm and his mother’s family had a retail butcher shop. He has held numerous positions in small and family-run businesses, non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. He has served as a marketing manager for StorageTek in Louisville, Colorado (now a part or Oracle Corp), Lead Operations Systems Administrator for Lockheed Martin in Boulder, Colorado, Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for the Las Animas County Rehabilitation Center in Trinidad, Colorado, Volunteer Emergency Services Squadron Commander and later Colorado Wing Chief of Staff for (USAF Auxiliary) Civil Air Patrol. Bob has personally operated a lawn service, a restaurant supply company, a cultured marble sink & vanity manufacturing company and a tech support, bookkeeping and tax prep service. Bob is currently the Principal and Certified Trainer (AHA and ASHI) of Front Range Mobile CPR.
Bob likes to spend his downtime at his “Little House on the Prairie” on the high plains of Las Animas County, Colorado where he actively pursues the rigors of fishing, hiking, sunset and star gazing while monitoring the sound levels of the breezes that pass through the prairie grasses.
